Partners Like You Make Our Lives a Piece of Cake...Literally!

Last Tuesday was a dreary day in Boston. Those of us brave souls that ventured outside, came back drenched in sheets of water pouring down from the steel sky above.

Imagine our surprise when a delectable treat, baked by one of our own partners, arrived at our rain-soaked doorstep! 

Although our first MSP user conference, Navigate 2014, was over a month ago, we're still blown away by the outpouring of support we've received from partners who attended. You may not know this, but we keep a record of all of your "love notes" and share them amongst the entire team. They don't just clog our inbox. We devour all of them! One partner's response, in particular,..."takes the cake."

John McPoyle, President of ProductiveTech, Inc., surprised us with one of his custom, award-winning cheesecakes. Despite the flood outside, we found our silver lining. Even more satisfying than the delicious dessert was knowing that we had succeeded in hosting an event that our partner considered valuable and worth attending again. John even made promising new managed IT services business relationships aboard the Autotask-sponsored cruise. Good news for John and other MSPs that want Navigate seconds! We're already hard at work, planning Navigate 2015 in Vegas baby

Here at Continuum, we want you to have your cake and eat it too (keep the pun ticker counting). We're pleased partners like John have had so much success working with us, that they actually went out of their way to bake us a cake. We hope you also remember to celebrate your own successes - though we sure don't mind celebrating on your behalf, especially when such festivities involve a creamy peanut butter filling and chocolate drizzle. Whether it's hitting your monthly revenue target or increasing your Net Promoter Score (NPS), take the time to recognize one another and the hard work each of you do.

Meet Mary! Mary McCoy is a Demand Generation Programs Manager at Continuum, where she's worked for over two years. Mary primarily manages the MSP Blog and has consulted with hundreds of partners, lending website, blog and social media support. Before that, she graduated from the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!) with a BA in Economics and served as digital marketing intern for Citi Performing Arts Center (Citi Center), spearheading the nonprofit’s #GivingTuesday social media campaign.
